The Eleven 10® TEMS First Line Pouch is designed for tactical medics to be able to carry medical supplies in a thin, slim-lined pouch.
The outside has laser cut MOLLE slots to add any other pouches and a holster for your trauma shears. The interior features elastic loops and adjustable shock cord that can be configured to hold a variety of medical supplies.
The pouch mounts to any MOLLE/PALS webbing using the included Malice Clips. A cross patch is included to identify it as “medical” and allows you to carry life-saving equipment on a web style vest.
